Jubilee Minerals

Jubilee Minerals (affiliate of the Judson & Cie Group) , through access to private investment vehicles, funds and acquires mineral exploration and mining opportunities. The mandate is to acquire mineral claims or mining interests first as the private company investor, issue stock on highly favourable terms to its first investors, and then exchange its shares at a premium into a public company controlled by us.

Jubilee Minerals is the deal originator. It identifies the asset opportunity, negotiates its acquisition  and arranges the vend-in with the public company. It does this in return for founder’s shares.

We have the deal network to help us identify compelling opportunities and the management team to execute and attract the financial backing of institutional investors.
