Michael Judson, ICD.D:
Over twenty-five years of experience forming, financing and operating, private and public companies. He has raised and overseen the investment of approximately $200 million in North American and Europe development projects. Mr. Judson graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Arts. He graduated from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University Directors Education Program and is an Institute-certified Director (ICD.D). Mr. Judson currently sits on the board of two Canadian public companies and is managing director of Judson & Cie, a financial and restructuring advisory formed in 2013.


Robert Kramberger:
Over twenty years experience in capital markets, business development, corporate marketing, and investor relations. Working with Michael Judson over the last twelve years, Mr. Kramberger was instrumental in raising close to $30 million for a TSX Venture Exchange company. He also oversaw the spin-off of assets into a subsidiary and guided the principal company’s transition into a new sector, all while maintaining key stakeholders through the process. Mr. Kramberger is a Principal Consultant with Judson & Cie.


Martin Mueller-Judson, L.L.B
Graduated from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, with a Bachelor of Arts in 2015. He completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Kent, Canterbury, England, in 2018 and is currently an NCA candidate. Mr. Mueller-Judson has been providing counsel regarding business transactions at Judson & Cie for more than two years.

David A. Johnson, Corporate Secretary & Legal Counse:
David Johnson is an attorney and a trademark agent specializing in corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property and securities. David manages commercial transactions concerning both public and private companies. Mr. Johnson has several years’ experience at the senior management, board level and general counsel in a variety of companies across several industries including mining and mineral exploration. David received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Queen’s University, a Master of Urban Planning (M.U.P.), Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B.) and a Bachelor  of Civil Law (B.C.L.) from McGill University. He became a member of the Quebec Bar and has since completed the Directors’ Education Program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and has been certified at the Institute of Corporate Directors, (ICD.D).
